Activity & analytics
The audit trail of every change, and your clinic's dashboard.
Activity
The Activity page is your clinic's audit trail.
What gets logged
Every change to records — creating a patient, editing medications, booking an appointment, completing a task — is logged automatically with:
- who made the change,
- what was changed (the type of record and, where relevant, the patient),
- when it happened.
Who can see it
What you see depends on your role: clinic admins and owners see all activity; everyone else sees their own. Nobody can edit or delete the log — that's the point.
Why this matters
The activity log is today's answer to accountability. The longer-term patient-owned records vision goes further: changes will be cryptographically signed and approved by the patient.
Analytics
The Analysis page is a dashboard of your clinic's aggregates — patient counts, appointment volume, prescriptions, task throughput, and earnings — so you can see at a glance how the clinic is doing. Every member of the clinic can view it.
At the top, a Live panel plots a real signal — patients checked in today — once you press Go live (it stays idle otherwise to save resources). Below the headline numbers, trends are drawn as charts: patient growth by month, appointments by weekday, and an Earnings section (billed / paid / outstanding, plus billed-vs-paid by month, computed from your invoices).
You can also just ask the chat — "how much have we billed this month?" renders the same earnings numbers and chart inline. See The chat.
