The Notes page is your personal notebook inside temetro. Notes are private to you — other members of the clinic cannot read them — which makes them right for drafts, reminders, and personal working notes rather than the official chart.

Writing notes
- Open Notes and click New note.
- Give it a title and write. The editor supports rich text — headings, bold, lists, and so on — so notes can be more than plain text.
- Notes save to your account and are there whenever you come back, on any device.
Notes vs. the patient chart
Anything that belongs in the medical record — encounter summaries, problems, medications — should go on the patient's record, where it's shared with the care team and tracked in the activity log. Notes are for your own thinking.
