Notes

Your private scratchpad with rich-text formatting.

The Notes page is your personal notebook inside temetro. Notes are private to you — other members of the clinic cannot read them — which makes them right for drafts, reminders, and personal working notes rather than the official chart.

Writing notes

  1. Open Notes and click New note.
  2. Give it a title and write. The editor supports rich text — headings, bold, lists, and so on — so notes can be more than plain text.
  3. Notes save to your account and are there whenever you come back, on any device.

Notes vs. the patient chart

Anything that belongs in the medical record — encounter summaries, problems, medications — should go on the patient's record, where it's shared with the care team and tracked in the activity log. Notes are for your own thinking.
